Starts up its first women`s class On Saturday August 1, 2009 at 1-2:30pm
Guru Chester will introduce:

Women`s Kembangan Dance -- Flower Dance combined with
Lathian Penapasan -- Meditational Training
Gerak Cepat -- Effective and Rapid Take Downs
Seni -- The Artistic aspect of the Pentjak Silat
Bela Diri -- The Drilled until instilled Choreograghed Self-Defense sequences deriving from the Pentjak forms.

This upcoming Saturday: August 15, 2009
I`ll be Introducing the Kipas, which translates to the fan. I will be demonstrating the basic strikes and slashes that can conceptually be performed in application to the outside on the streets Scenario.

Kipas (Fan) was introduced and its various slashes and strikes deriving from AnakSerak drills created by Dr. Andre KnustGraichen. Ultimately, we`ll be learning the actual form deriving from Sir Clark Donald Kessing Leader of the Manyang Style.
